UT Austin to bid for W. Bush's Library

WTF are they thinking?!

So as you are probably aware George W. Bush was the Governor or Texas for 6 years before he became President of the United States. Even though W was born in Connecticut, and went to school at Yale and Harvard, the people of Texas consider him a Texan, and are fiercely proud of him. So now it comes out that the University of Texas at Austin, the flag ship of the UT system is putting together a bid to get the W presidential library built at UT Austin. For those of you that don't know, and even for those of you that don't care, UT Austin is already the host of the LBJ presidential library. So I think that the big wigs at UT, believe that having 2 presidential libraries would just be cooler.

What I find, in the words of our President, ironical, that they would want to build the library here in Travis county. Please see if you can pick out Travis county on this map...

If you picked that little speck of rebellious blue in the middle of all that red neck red, you'd be correct. The University of Texas, and to a lesser extentent all of Travis county are strongly Democrat, and I've seen more anti-bush protests on the streets around UT than I have on TV from the middle east.

I'm not saying UT should or shouldn't bid for the library, I just think it’s odd that the library may be built on a campus where the student body overwhelmingly reviles the man.

Bush can't help sticking it to the litle man. Under that there new bankruptcy law, will Trump have to orfeit hi cars, or jets. Of course not! Bush and hisbillionaire buddies sticking it to the average Joe.
